I've been an Activity Assistant for 15 Years in MAssachusetts before moving to Maine last year.when I look for Activity Assistant jobs here in Maine they want you to have a PSS certification what does PSS mean and what does this do for someone in the Activities field? And should I be thinking about getting this certification?. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank You . Stephen M
