As a Retail Location Manager, you must be an expert in leading and coaching a team in delivering top results as well as ensure your location is operationally sound. Retail Managers are expected to assist employees in closing sales and customer service. This position requires full-time availability and flexibility in scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be at least 18 years of age A high school degree or GED is required, college degree preferred Previous wireless sales and/or sales management experience highly preferred Experience in operational and performance management Able to work at least 5 days and 45 hours per week Ability to lead and coach a team to deliver results Ensure carrier and company audit compliance at all times Completion of a background and drug screenings The ability to stand for long periods of time Lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
