I am currently seeking full-time employment in the East Bay in the San Francisco area. I worked for the same software company for just over 20 years. I started as a Software Application Specialist on the advice line, then worked as a Product Support Manager for about 7 years. For the past 10 years I worked in the Tier 3 group as a Knowledge Manager, Product Support Analyst, and liaison between support & product development.
