I can remember growing up when we had that first snow of the year and hearing my father say, "Oh great...winter is here."

This was then followed by a long groan and then yelling out to everyone in the house, "WHERE is the shovel??!"

Snow has arrived earlier than usual this year in New England, so make sure if you are commuting to work or anywhere at all today to stay safe out there!
