Subway
Hey I been working for Subway for the past 5 months and I barely get hours and I barely get paid at the one I work at which is in Belleville.I talk to my manager about getting transferred to another Subway she told me that they don’t do transfer because there’s no other subway around which there is .What do I need to do I really been look for another job ????

The reason why you may not be able to transfer is that the franchisee that owns your Subway may not own any other subways or be affiliated or have a good working relationship with other franchisees in the area in order for you to transfer to corporate there has to be a corporate store on your area which means they're probably is in a corporate store in your area in order for you to transfer to another franchisee own store your French i z has to have a relationship with the other franchisee so they can accept you as an employee your best bet is if you want to work at the other Subway in your area I would go talk to the hiring manager there and apply with them as four hours in the quick-serve system hours especially in Quick Serve restaurants are based upon sales and I'm assuming that either your stores overstaffed or it doesn't have the sales to support the hours my other suggestion to you would be to either move on to another Quick Serve restaurant that can offer more hours or to a fast-casual or casual dining restaurant where you can pick up the extra hours this is coming from somebody that has over 25 years experience in the industry and manage everything from a Quick Serve to fine dining
Hi Tatiana Lucas . I do not know how particular you are about jobs . There are cleaning companies there .The pay is not bad . Go online and check up . Use google are your search engine . I did it once too when I went to college . I even saw cleaning offices at night . You can earn up to $31 an hour . It depends how fit you are . Please keep us updated . Yes if you feel that you are not going to get any more hours just check around to see if any body else is hiring good luck and God bless
That is crazy. I would get legal advice. Or in the meanwhile look around for another job. Companys thus that so that they don't pay for benefits. But just remember that there is a God and he is looking down. The money they take from your mouth, God will shut them down in a minute. Or create your own job.
