Ageism exists especially in the cloisters of corp. narrow-mindedness. The laws for age discrimination should be more harsh. As they are now they're a joke. I was discriminated against by my former employer and had to go on S.S.. I would prefer to work and stay off S.S. but no one wants to hire a hexagenarian to a good position. Plenty a grocery bagging jobs. Especially a millenial. I guess they fear growing old and we are a reminder that nothing in their caudled, spoiled, self entitled, vacuous existence has prepared them for decrepitude. Sadly the hexagenarians, I know, are much more "alive" than the millenials I know. Thanks for the opportunity to rant. Best wishes.
