after being hired and give end uniforms, started orientation classes. Was informed at the same time I needed to have a surgery on my leg. after a year went back and reapplied, was sent to get physical and DOT card. Doctor passed me even thought I have a amputated left leg. UPS gave me a driving I got test, was told did great, then found out it was wrote up that I could not back the smaller trailers to the door but that's not the job, it was drop and hook the years driver put the trailers on the door. felt like discrimination cause of my leg.
I couldn't really understand, can you get someone to rewrite it in plain English?

Maybe they require that everyone be able to pass the test completely? There might be times when they need other employees to fill in.
Looks like the idiots that replied to your story are assholes. My husband is a diabled vet that fought for our counrty to protect morons too no discrimating there. Unfortunately stupidity doesnt discriminate either. Hope you find a job that understands your limitations.
