Just passed my driving school ..Have to take the state test . Any advice will be appreciated . I'm burned out to my career . Always enjoyed driving . I'm 64 was just going to retire

Just drive within your comfort zone and enjoy yourself. I always caught hell for the way I drove but I got good fuel mileage, never broke anything, and never hurt anyone. I slept just fine at night. I came off the road last year to drive a school bus at age 65. I wasn’t ready for the rocking chair on the front porch thing yet. I’m home each day, off summers, and the load is a lot more interesting, haha! But really, safety first, and always. Congratulations!
The pre trip is the hardest part. Manu-vering it around the lot and taking the tester for a ride is the fun part. Brush up on that pre trip and you’ll be fine.
