There is hope for you

I’ve seen some posts on here about those looking for a job and trying to overcome a criminal record. I just want you to know that there IS hope for you! My brother made some mistakes and spent five years in jail. It was hard when he got out but he eventually landed a job as a clerk… at the very court where he was originally sentenced!

Don’t give up. Redemption is possible.

I'm guessing this is a damn computer because you clearly haven't read my profile. I'm not a criminal and have a spotless record allowing me to work on any and I do mean any job site no matter how much of a background check there is. Please do not contact me again.

Getting hired with a turbulent past (big or small) is a monumental challenge and guess what... it not going to get any easier. The hiring practice is too impersonal. Employers won’t go out of their way to hire you if anything comes up on the background check. They don’t have to because there’s another hundred qualified applicants they can turn to in an instant. Best thing to do is get ahead of the game and find out what’s on your record and what you need to do to get it fixed.
