I was in the process of buying a home but the owner financed the home himself. The house is paid off but my question is he trying to sue me since I moved out . I was out of the house since June. My job relocated me. He wants to sue me.Could he sue me for two months rent or sue me about the house. I need a answer please.someone help.

Oh wow, Rebecca, that's a rough situation! I'm sorry I don't know anything about the law, especially in MS, so I would absolutely recommend you try to get some sort of legal counseling.
