About to give up
I'm not having any luck in the job department I have a 25 lb weight limit and cant do Repetitive movements because of my shoulder injury I hate have limitations I need to work to help out my husband and I need health insurance f ok r me and my daughter I'm trying to find a job I can do but it's harder than I thought trying to try something new and noone will give me a chance I'm a hard worker willing to learn does anyone have some suggestions thanks
Most likely you're looking in the wrong direction, I also have many limitations, but the job I've always done is security, I acquired my license and I get paid a very good salary, all security requirements are just one ,be responsible be on time. That's all, there's a lot of good companies out there.

Hello Kris, I have had 11 surgeries on my right shoulder now, up to and including a full replacement. I also have a 25 pound weight limit. I am/ was the main breadwinner. I was having a difficult time getting back to work because of it. I had to make a choice of what was more important. That weight restriction, or my families safety. I chose my families safety. I went back to work and ignored the restrictions. I deal with constant and excruciating pain from the time I wake up, until the time I go to sleep. I now have a fake knee, a fake hip and a fake shoulder. Recently. Because I over work my left shoulder, I felt the rotator cuff rip on that side. I work a very physical job. Maybe I'm the wrong person to ask but when my family needs me, I do what it takes, to take care of them. You have a choice to make, what is more important to you? For me, it was never a choice. My families safety is first, above all else.
