Those struggling
Some encouragement for those struggling. Do not give in, do not give up. The employment industry is rough with computer system checks, and sometimes you get bumped for no reason. Just a small suggestion that might help. Check yourself on social media, background, ect. like you are the one doing the hiring. You may find something that you didn't know or even do that is causing an issue for employers. Just a thought. Good luck to all hope it finds you.

Ok will do. How many years does maintenance jobs and driver jobs go back on their background checks. What is their criteria?

So when do we get privacy in this ads backwards world. If the president can get on twitter, and act crazy and the stuff he says, and gets away with it, then everyone else should be able to, too. Perfect point about dishonesty across the board. The hiring people should focus on ones ability to perform their duties and thats it. Period. Apparently they dont do enough work in an hr position. Gotta friend who works as a hrr, easy job.
