mobbed and drugged by mgnt and co-workers
I recently left my job of 2.5 yrs after a long, highly distressing mobbing (lead by several 1st level mgrs) that ended when they added 2 hits of E in my drink and served it to me on my break. They had done all of this to another victim just prior to my hire, and got away with it. The owner of the restaurant has scrambled to defend the guilty, bury the scandal, destroyed all the hard evidence and now stands with my tormentors slandering my good name and strong work ethic to discourage future employers and even denied me unemployment benefits. I don't know what to do in this situation other than to fabricate false previous employment history. My would be witnesses, once eager to support my appeal for benefits and police investigation, one after another have all been threatened or scared off. I need an advocate who is familiar with IIED claims and "mobbing" in particular that can advise me. Anyone have a suggestion?

You need to alert the presses or news channels. That s not only illegal as can be but terribly wrong in way too many ways to count.. Quit that job and those horrible people and get yourself a lawyer and sue them and the company that y'all worked for. If you can't afford on Google Legal Zoom or check out the front of the yellow pages and there will be agencies in there to help you.. . If not call your state capitol and ask for some one to help you with a drugging and sexual harassment case.If not e mail me at drenway@gmail.com and I'll get your case heard by someone. Realy try Legal Zoom they are there to help nd boy would they like to take your case. I am so sorry this is happening to you. I will do anything I can to help. Lisa Renwick .

It might sound silly, but have you tried contacting newspapers or putting the story on social media? Especially if you can get in touch with the other girl it happened too, social pressure may help. If people found out about it they may stop going there or even protest, especially with everyone pissed about brock turner right now... i would try to destroy their reputation and business if the courts aren't helping, and getting the other person to speak out will help add credibility to your claim and possibly bring other victims out of the woodwork

I am very sorry for all your pain and suffering and you feeling abandoned and feel like there is no place turn there's so much and injustice in the world no one's ever safe and no one will ever be treated fairly because our justice system is so messed up so much hatred and violence in this world you have your good or bad no matter what race it's hard to find good people out there that truly care about other people besides themselves and it's hard to find but keep your head up and never give up fighting if I were you I would definitely hire an attorney but there's gotta be somewhere higher where you could try to fight this like the Supreme Court or something don't give up and let them win not only are you fighting for yourself and what you had to go through but you're also speaking out for other people that are scared to speak out or never got help that they needed but good luck to you and everybody else it's ever been through this issue I hope everything works out

I understand how you feel. I am goi my through the same scenario only the drug of choice was / is different. Pain and suffering to the nth demension. Id love so see everyones advice.

Dearest Pamela, i am So sorry this happened to you in your workplace, precious one. These employers have a lot of darned nerve and should be legally tried and Punished for their criminal offenses, not you or another employee. Don't let them get away with this terrible harrasment and criminal violence, dear one. Hire a good attorney. I'll tell my friend, Dan Guerrierro,Esq., about this. He was an attorney for women in the states of CA and MD, but you will need a lawyer who is certified in the state in which you live and work. I know Bennett Zurofsky, Esq. at bzurofsky @zurofskylaw.com. He is my dear friend and usually represents unions and such, but if you write him I'm sure he can advise you about your rights and whom is the right attorney to contact. Let me know if you have made any progress,Pam. Good luck and don't back down. Rev. Meryl J.

This is not the format you need on an employment platform but instead go to authorities and go now. It's illegal what happened, don't wait. Then get a lawyer.

Pamela:
It appears that a number of people have advised you to report these issues to the authorities. I could not agree more strongly. Whatever your emotional state is over these allegations, you should report the events as clearly as you can recollect them--write them down and provide them to the police, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Justice. Do it ASAP.
If for no other reason, do it because it is the right thing to do. It might be one of a number of reports they received that you are unaware of and could lead to an investigation that exonerates you and potentially other victims who also have been intimidated. Even if you have made mistakes in your past (and I am NOT implying you have), you should not condone that treatment of ANYONE.
Also, consult people you trust (religious or otherwise) with this horrific event. Don't let this wound fester--and may you find healing and justice.

Yes...call Washoe County Sheriffs Office, ask for Tom Green, Chief. He'll look into it.
I was drugged and forced to sign a document at my govt job with the US Postal Inspection Service in 2011. In 2007 a dentist put 4 shots in my lower jaw causing high pitch noises in my ears 24 hrs a day when I moved to Columbia,SC TO KEEP MY JOB DURING REORGANIZATION. Since 2011 and 2018 in rehab after my liver transplant I have experienced body heating every 30 minutes, head pressure, and many other physical problems ongoing. I need help negating this form I was drugged and forced to sign by my boss.
