Id like to communicate that just because you dont have a job in that industry or your work history doesnt match what is expected.sometimes i feel like employers have specific expectations of the jobs your applying for. But they often miss out on the great potential a person can be. That shouldnt suggest that you dont have applicable skills to that job, like if my current job has those same skills involved but are in different industry. That should definitely be taken into consideration. Not just work history but your skills in general.what can i say im a little out of the box..
