What makes Amazon a good place to work?

They don’t care their workers, 1 month ago they made a mistake with the system, there weren’t scanning the packages that I was returning and then they said that I stole them, then they fired me without appeal. They simply don’t care others perspectives. I broke my car trying to go beyond of what I was asked to do, and then they fired my unfairly.

Is place where every employee is giving the equal level playing field to build himself, everyone is a leader. Working at amazon is an eye opener, employee's welfare is of paramount to the employer. i just completed my internship training program at -Infra Delivery, and i am hoping to return soon. You can be yourself while at the same time working hard. I have been there for almost 5 years and I have learned a lot but each department is different. I am currently in vendor receive and I love it since I am an introvert I don't have a large team and I always do different things.

The challenging work eviroment is a satisfying accomplishment if you value hard work, team work, and a sense of accomplishment. The pay is a little underwhelming. I worked there for ten years.I do not know how this have changed. I stop by I see some people still there.you know how it is politics

The flexibility of being able to pick your own shifts. The pay is competitive and they keep you busy.

It's a great place for team work, the work is hard but somehow I just like it..
