Hi,

I recently started working as an independent insurance agent. I am not an employee, I own my own book of business. The branch I work for has contests and other incentive programs. I do not like that they publish weekly the commission totals and other information that I deem to be private to the entire branch. Is it legal for them to publish my earnings and other information without my consent?
