• Job Title: Customer Service Representative

• Company Description: This Company provides third party services for health care related matters. This position is in a high volume, call center environment. Ideal candidates will have experience handling customer service related phone calls. Additionally, all calls are documented in a company computer system. The ability to comfortably navigate a computer is essential in this role.

• Location: Folsom, CA 95630

• Start Date: January 29th, 2018

Hours

• 5:00AM-2:00PM M-F
• Pay:$12.00/hr. ($12.50/hr. for bilingual Spanish)

Responsibilities: • Assisting customers with questions, concerns and inquiries regarding healthcare accounts. • Reviewing healthcare plans with potential customers and assisting with the enrollment process • Handling 70-80 calls per day

Qualifications: • 1 years of customer service experience is preferred • High school diploma or equivalent • Must have the ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm • Must be willing to complete the necessary pre-employment assessments in a timely manner
