Hi Rosemary! According to the Dollar Tree website you have to print out the application and take it to the location you'd like to work and give it to the Store Manager. Here's a link to the page with the application; http://goo.gl/BcmGrn Just click on the orange "Download Application", print it out, fill out your info, and turn it in to the store!
