Hi. I am currently looking for a new job and have put my resume out there. I have not received any phone calls yet. I worked at a tanning salon previously and I feel like when jobs see that they over see everything I accomplished in the over 6 years I was there. I was a multi unit training store manager and in it district manager training program. I have some college experience but not much. How can I spice up my resume??
