Hello everyone, I have been applying with Liberty Mutual and State farms, aswell as progressive I have the experience but they turn me down. So I thought if I get my license in property and casualty and claims that would help. But no go, I'm in a job that is breaking me down physically and emotional. I enjoy working and helping people. If it's up to me I would own my own geico insurance company, hire allot of people from this site. We have a business of our own on this site.

Hey Pamela, Are those companies turing you down after you apply or after you interview? If you're not making it to the interview rounds here's one suggestion you can try. I pulled an Insurance Sales Repr. job posting from the Liberty Mutual Career page and copied the Responsibilities and Qualifications into a basic Word Cloud program to identify the keywords. A variety of keywords used on the job description were identified so I selected 3 (Sales, Relationships, and Counseling) and performed a search for those words on your profile resume. Unfortunately, I found (0) non of these. The online selection process these companies use are automated. If you don't show enough keywords on your application and resume the tracker will not rate you as a qualified candidate. Compare your resume to the the job descriptions that interest you and add more keywords then try to apply again.
