A lot of coworkers at my store have been talking a lot about the modernization changes and how they affect us. I started about a year ago and I don’t think my workload has changed much more at all but there are plenty of more things to do, if that makes sense. A couple TMs who have been here awhile have left because they don’t like the idea of their raises being cancelled by the minimum wage increase but most people are pretty happy by it. Anyway that is my experience at Target.
