Many job seekers, or campaigners as I like to call them, ask "how can I get feedback from a recruiter after a job interview?" Often times in this litigious society, we find recruiters are reluctant to provide feedback for fear of saying something that will be used against their organization. One way to ask for feedback is to do it during the interview itself. When the recruiter or hiring manager asks if you have any questions, ask him or her if they would be willing to provide you feedback if you are ( or are not ) offered the role. You can then explain that their feedback will help you to develop yourself. It is much easier to ask for feedback when you are sitting in front of someone, rather then in an email.
