The stress of it all...
Looing for work can be a job in itself. I get so stressed out looking for work that sometimes I psych myself out by letting an employer know ahead of time that I rather cancel the interview for fear of rejection. I know I can get some training if it is free with out it costing much to improve my chances of winning at job interviews instead of feeling out of the loop at age 45 years old. How do others deal with the stress of looking for work without losing your mind? Praying for a miracle and willing to improve my chances...... Suggestions ???

Understanding the process help to put all these things into perspective for me. I understand that I need a regular income to to be independent and maintain my responsibilities so, until I hit the Lottery, I have to work. Resume, applications, interviews, rejections, and job offers are all part of the job-search process and I understand that I need to prepare myself to undergo all of these areas if I want to reach my ultimate goal which it to find a job. Just put one foot in front of another and get out to one of those training classes. The momentum will keep moving you forward.
