Feeling used
I work at a hotel for 4 months no previous experience. But I did learn the job very quickly. I was told from the manager that I would get a supervisor housekeeper position because of the good work I was doin. Anyway while I was off two other housekeeper supervisor went to manager and ask about other employee gettin the position so she gave it to them. They wasnt there not even a good two months. Plus other two supervisor always tried to find something wrong with my work. So I was told by manager that I didnt get job cause I left iron and iron board in a clean room which I didn't it was just crazy.
Why worry about a place such as that? Those type of jobs are a dime a dozen and they always play their politics/favorites. They do not pay enough for such treatment. Not worth it at all!
That's a shame, I'm so sorry Caprina Alexander ! Were you able to have a conversation with your manager and tell her that there was a misunderstanding and that you didn't leave anything in a clean room?
camera's can't roll back, that's why she accused you of leaving a iron on in a room where there's no cameras, shame on her !!!! You're probably deserving of that job !!! So sorry maybe something good will come your way and you can move on to bigger and better things.
