It didn't matter like I said if you're not black you are not moving up anywhere with the company.... and you will remain in their black chest, My only wish is that this company really needs a undercover Boss.... Even the two White General Managers are afraid of the Black Managemet... Everyone there knows this... There some , just some black drivers that get treated like o'well you figure this one out.. so far there has been 19 of us the best employee's that has gotten let go for doing our jobs!!!! And as for the clients well that a totally different story, they always stay mad at me for doing my job correctly and positive ... They do not like to show you their i.d. or ticket before boarding the bus which they are not allowed to board untill they show proof of i.d. to ride. And they themselves is the black card on us Mexicans saying things to us that are not true so they call in on us and lie on us Lations Mexicans for not letting them on the bus without showing a proper I.d. these are Metros rules I don't make up any... What or how ever the company rules are that's​ how I follow the company rules...and that is why I lost my job again...
