I was laid off five years ago from my NYC JOB during the lay off I attended culinary school and decided to not return when called back to duty. The past five years I work from prep cook to leading fourteen people in airline catering. I'm trying to become a manager or director of FOOD n beverage but have no experience. How do I make this happen?
