Drama at #ComfortKeepers
This is RE: Office Mgr. I complained to office staff about a caregiver I was relieving from her overnite shift. I was filling in for regular caregiver @ 8am. Got to the home and knic knocked, no answer. I rang doorbell, no answer...door was locked. I called the on- call # for staff. They in turn call this overnite girl on her cell...woke her up. She finally came to door @ 8:23a. She was rude and obviously not awake yet. I had never been there before and was very rude and had left thus beautiful home in a disaray. Trash can was overflowing; dirty dishes in sink; dog poop on floor near back door. She not only slept on her shift, (Big No No) but didn't do what needed to be done. As soon as she left I called the office # and spoke with MGR. It didn't seem to bother her. If your getting paid for not fullfilling your shift duties, and leaving it for the relief person, that's unacceptable! These clients are paying alot of money for services not rendered and management doesn't care!!! That's bad business practice!
