Interviews
I was let go from another job on 11/8/2016.I have applied for more than 100 jobs.Been on 6 interviews and have not gotten a job offer..I then get a call from one of the Employers I interview who advised that they really don't give call backs but wanted to give some input on my interview. As she was talking I was crying not knowing what I was doing wrong which end up been nothing was told I didn't get the job because my old job I had been on gave me a bad reference and what ever I had going on with them I needed to take care of because it will stop me from getting jobs.I thank her which she didn't have to call me and say anything. When I notified my old job to see what I had did wrong since I was not let go I had a injury that had put me out of work and bed beyond for a year. I talked to my HR partner who advised me that during the time I was off they had over paid me and it need to be pay back so I then asked if that was all why couldn't someone contact me and let me know..How would I have found out if no notice sent..Asked if they could send me an email with information was advised that I would get a notice and when did the first notice go out she then tells me they just found it and it was aimed out to me a week ago but by the way even if you pay it doesn't mean that we would change are code when ask why since I didn't know anything about it she then goes on to say you also have others asked what it was she then said she was not able to tell me.I have found out that they are black balling me because when they denied me for my long term disability case I filed unemployment and won against them and I got any attorney to sue for my long term case and they didn't like that..How can a job stop you from moving on with another company for no reason

Food for thought: Turn a negative into a positive. Nobody is perfect; but with the right attitude and the right approach to interviewing it can work to your advantage. You don't always agree with your Supervisor, but he/she is the boss. Concentrate on those areas that you feel he/she would attack, make good on those, then highlight where you excelled. Create the benefit of the doubt. You can't control the way people feel about you, but you can control the way you are perceived. Good luck, sign --- been there.

It sounds like you've really done what you could. I think the only other thing you could do was just put down you would not like them contacted.
OMG That is terrible! I never knew a company would stoup so low. What is insurance for anyway?
