Property Manager at Public Storage

I am done!

I got a job doing something i cannot stand, out of pure desperation... Now i want to up and quit. My last job was a storage facility, so office work, and some outdoor stuff. I worked alone 99.8 percent of the time and loved it! Now, im dealing with coworkers and cannot stand being micromanaged! I used to be able to do whatever i wanted because i was the boss... I cannot take this anymore at all, and no storage places where i live are hiring and it is killing me. I cannot do another day of this low pay low grade job..

I don't think you should just up and quit. A half of loaf is better than no bread at all. I just think you should stay there and take steps to perhaps start your own business, maybe housecleaning and lawncare combined into one. My friend here did that and it really took off!!

Look into creating your own business like lawn care. Research companies that will give you a small business loan. You obviously seems to know how to conduct a business yourself. Remain at your current job and still give the 100% while your there. Challenge your self as a business man by working under pressure. Remember good things comes to those that wait and better things comes to those who don’t give up. Hope everything works out for you.

Stay positive and always remember why you are going to work everyday. Use this as a cushion to get you to where you want to be.

Have you looked at warehouse jobs, or perhaps apartment manager jobs. Also look at. FedEx and UPS. It is really hard to work with coworkers that drive you crazy. I've been there.
