My biggest weakness is being able to balance my time efficiently while I'm working with clients. I desire to make myself available while I'm performing my duties to be personal because I'm a people person and I really enjoy getting to know the person I'm taking care of. So establishing a personal relationship while working to make sure the client's physical needs are met by me can sometimes leave me feeling concerned about balancing my time well with both the personal, emotional and physical needs of the individual person I'm caring for because I understand it's a balancing act and I do feel that all of these needs are important! I do aim however to be effective and efficient, and hope to manage my time well while doing my best to meet all their needs.
You should hire me because I enjoy caregiving. I don't dread coming to work. I feel fulfilled being able to work and give my time this way! I'm confident and genuinely concerned in the people I care for while on the job and I'm dependable, I show up on time for work.
There is a gap in my resume because I wasn't seriously looking for employment till over a year ago. Since December of 2016 I've been employed with Homeinstead and I love it! I'm in between clients right now as this happens with caregiving when the client is no longer in need of these services because their circumstances have changed!

You know what? Here it goes. This is the first for me to speak out in open because ive hidden this from embarrassment. I suffer from manic depression and this has always been on my back waiting to sueprise me with no warning. Which will bring low confidence at the worse times. Does anyone have any advice for this?
