My Western Express story
When I first started driving for Western Express things were ok. I had issues with my truck that they wouldn't take care of, like fairings blowing off the truck, hub seals leaking, exc. There was also always damage to the trailers. In the end I was forced to quit because I was way over my driving hours and they were gonna try and make me drive more for fear I would be fired. I had been on the road for 3 weeks at that point and all I wanted to do was be home with my family. The driver managers were always calling me to harass me every morning even tho I'm a night driver. They would call and question me if I even spent 1 minute over my 10 hour sleep break. HR was told on multiple occasions that the DM's were harassing people and nothing was ever done about it. The DM's would refuse to assign my any loads and then complain that it's my fault that i didnt communicate with them, even though they harassed me every day. When they did decide to give me an assignment I would spend 4 days running around looking for an empty trailer because they lost their own equipment. #deliverydriver #WesternExpress
