One thing l do is even though I have a job now, I still apply for jobs and try to get interviews, not because I want the job but to practice interviewing and to see what tactics employers are using. One thing I have learned is that they should know you are interviewing them, not the other way around. Yes they are deciding wether you would be a good fit for them but ultimately they need to be a good fit for you right? It's always good to practice the skill of interviewing so you will be ready when it really matters. And who knows you may find a good opportunity while you practice on them!
