Job Offer Details
What else should I be looking for on a written job offer before I sign? I finally received a job offer from a residential management company I have been trying to get into forever. The offer letter has start date, salary, and title details but doesn’t mention health care and time off benefits information. Shouldn’t that information be on the offer as well?

Definitely make sure it mentions benefits, if you get some.

If you just received the offer and you have not yet accepted this is your opportunity for negotiation. Items that should be listed are:
Salary Health benefits Days/weeks of vacation and personal time 401(k) bonuses or commissions or stock options anyone of those items are negotiable
