You'll want to come prepared for this question Serpouhi Arakelian ! What I'd recommend is, before your interview, research the company and find something you like. Perhaps they have a company mission you agree with. Or maybe their CEO is someone you find to be an inspiring leader. Whatever your reasons may be, make sure to consider each company individually and put the time in to evaluate what makes each company a good fit for you. Hope this helps!
