Billie, you now have a job. Great! For the rest, as I see it, the man who risks his money to make a business should have the right to hire anyone. In not hiring you, he probably made a mistake, but it's his right to make a mistake with his own money. I base this view on the principle that just as you have the right to seek out the best job available, so he has the right to maximize his own profit --and to make his own mistakes! That is illegal hun ... I was done the same way by a very prominent company and wasnt the only one who was discriminated against and just found out recently that it was taken to court and that company lost and I am gettin compensated for sex discrimination because they didnt hire me for their forklift position because i am female ... it is very illegal ... ya might want to look into that girl
