Need a lawyer
Recently I took a disa battery for a job and disa reported that I failed a hair test with a positive result for thc. This is not possible because I do not use drugs of any type. I need legal representation in South louisiana. I have not been able to find an employment attorney to take the case. Help please.

If the hair test said you were positive for a drug, you were positive. You do not need an attorney, you need to either quit lying about drugs or find out who gave you something laced with the drug.

Interesting ! My reply to this would be what I would do. I would contact the center to make sure that the test they preformed on me and I have never done drugs not only within 90 day's, but never, would prompt the agency's quality control officer to investigate the pathway to your test and most likely request that you have on your own retake the test immediately. Hair test is the most accurate drug screening test that is relied upon by many government employment agencies as well as parents. Definitely, follow up with the agency itself. Hopefully, this was helpful?
