Thinking of what you're grateful for is not only for Thanksgiving day
I think the title says a lot. We are so busy with our lives. There is no taking time to think of the blessings there is in our lives. Let me say one if you are reading this now. That means you are alive. Being given another day is not a right. It is a privilege to see another day. Also the fact that you can read this is another blessing. Also there is the gift of hearing. Some can not hear traffic, birds chirping, people speaking, and the sounds of music. The fact of being able to have any of these five sense are fantastic. Even if it is just a few. I can go on and on about all kinds of things to pint out, but I think I will run out of space. SO I will give you the challenge to see even the tedious things to be grateful about. Like trash cans, dumpsters, plastic bags, food, farmers, nurses, doctors, feet, noses, fire fighters, cops, and so on. Like I said the list can just go on. So take the challenge.
We had a terrible thunderstorm last month and the wires were ripped off of our home. The power was out and it was 90 degrees at night and we ended up having to throw away our food because it wasn't fixed until almost 12am. I definitely forgot how NICE it is to have electricity. You are so right Beatrice Pesqueira ! Don't take things or even people for granted : )
