I work in a Tax office but we have resume services, I learned that my resume has of course my name address, phone, email but I have a Profile/Objective, Core skills and then I have a section of Highlighted Experience, this is where I list my experience, (Receptionist, answer a 12 line phone, computers, etc.. ) hopefully you get the message. My jobs (only last 3 ) are listed below that with the year and name of the company, then education and certification such as Notary expires 2020. See in the Highlighted area they see my experience before they get into the years I worked my jobs. I get the interviews, but if I don't feel comfortable, I don't accept the job, like one interview I wanted and the 4 panel was nice, great interview , had fun but one lady around my age, stated 'you know we might hire within' the other person did not work out, they called me and I said no thanks, she would have been my boss. and I get aren't you ready to retire, LOL,. If I didn't laugh I would cry, but I refuse to do so. It's out there, we have to be strong and it will happen
