Is the forth time the charm?
I have had three interviews with the same company but I have a feeling they are messing with me. The first and second were same day, HR then was sent to clinic manager everything was good so far. Then I get a call to interview with general manager (#3), was told to get drug screen and b/g check. But HR said to come back another day for that, when I go back HR is in a meeting "all day" so the unit secretary said she would call when she can get me back in for final interview. I know they haven't filled position because it's still on the we boards. So? I'm going on other interviews but should I wait for the call?
I know from my experiences, they wait until they have the drug test and background check back before they make a final offer. Sometimes that takes time. But i was confused when you said they told you to come back and then couldn't see you. Did they tell you to come back that day? If not then its probably only a matter of they haven't gotten the results back. Hope this helps
Remember who your HR rep was and contact via email or Linkedin. Ensure that you still have the position and will you be receiving any emails with further information to get started on the drug screening?
Yes wait for the call but while waiting on that call go ahead and go to ur other interviews and if u get a job thru them , it's their fault cuz they didn't call u sooner

Hello, how are u? I would not wait. Go on other job interviews and see what happens. If they want you they will call or contact you. And if they are unfortunate enough to move on to someone else. At least you didn't wait. Good luck and many blessings
Unfortunately this seems to be a trend, the co.I use to work for did this bs..It's from lack of leadership and a lot of companies seem to be ran by Hr. departments.I would definitely move on ,because you know already they can't make a decision. They will probably call you and low ball you and see if you bite. Good luck, Mr.Christen
I would wait for the verdict out of curiosity but keep on searching for other jobs and continue with the interviews!. Besides it's a whole lot better to spread out your eggs rather than keeping them in one basket!! Best of luck!!!

I don't think "they are messing with you", i dont think they have the time, the resources or a purpose for it. That's a illogic and silly reasoning.
I think you should follow the process, have a little of patience and always be Professional.
Yes wait for the call, but in the mean time keep looking, and yes call and see when you are to come back in. Good luck in any job you may land
