Company does not care about employees. They will work you 12 to 14 hours a day and ask you to come in on your days off. Management is incompetent inn that they don't think beyond the moment. To many thinks are done that are cosy prohibitive and yet they compassion about budget all the time. They don't Lead by example and rarely even know the jobs of the people they manage yet want to tell you how your not doing something right. If you doing mind having NO life come work here.
