Young momma in trouble!!
I have been driving for this company for the past 4 months and I like it, but now my boss wants to add more hours to my schedule. I have my son five days a week and my ex has him on the weekends. He can’t take him during the week and I don’t have family to help out for those extra hours. I am really in trouble! What am I going to do? Freaking out that they will fire me if I say no!! HELP!

They need you more than you need them. Just politely explain you situation.
Florida is an at will state, which means they can terminate you anytime, but i don't know what state you live in? Some employers offer child care assistance and reimbursement? Some state and local programs offer child care assistance too! Some fellow employees that you work with may be in the same dilemma, so get to know co-workers and trade sitting for each other! Also, one parent can do mornings" the other nights! Good luck!

Tell them no. It's easier to get another job than another son.
I assume they offered you more hours because you are trusted, respected, and valued employee. If you say no with a calm, justified reason, I wouldn't understand a termination as they would clearly lose an employee they need.
