What do next?!
I had my first interview with a hiring recruiter and she loved the interview and ask if she could schedule me to do another one with the store manager. So two weeks past and no call so I called the hiring recruiter who interview me first and come to find out she told me that the current manager has left so they trying to get a new one and when they do she will me in. So my question is should I continue to call once we week to keep up with what is going on or just wait until she call me back

I hope you have found something by now, or at least heard back from this employer. I was going through something similar, where I was contacted by a temp agency who loved my history, passed my info on to the hiring manager, but then I never really heard anything back. They finally called one day and said that the hiring manager was on vacation and was now back & sorting through all the applicants. Well, I never gave up looking. I kept applying and putting my resume out there. I ended up getting a small position somewhere, then when that happened, I received about 3 interviews and have now been hired on full time in a position that best suits my abilities. I still not have heard back from that other place, but I'm actually happy I didn't. Because I would have missed out on a great opportunity. Especially since this was a direct hire and not through a temp agency. I know this may sound cheesy, but when one door closes, another opens. This may be your chance to find something better suited to your skills. Good luck and God bless.

I think you should keep looking for other opportunities and give a call back in a week I'd so.

Do nothing and move on, 774 apps and resumes on the recruitment desk. Go to work for the first person that's legit that wants you to go to work for them. Recruitment is paid to tell you anything you want to hear.

Hey fellow jobcaser, you called to follow up, okay now leave it alone, a watched pot doesn't boil, keep looking, and applying for other positions. Obviously, your a worthy commodity or the recruiter would not have displayed as much interest in you as she did. Now that someone else has confirmed to you, what you should have already known, that you are a potential asset to any organization, keep looking, and interviewing when called. Good luck.

That is wonderful for you I've been applying for almost 3 weeks and have not received a single call back from any of the prospective employers that have had the ads employment getting a little frustrated not one single call back so please come and have you get a job on these websites frustrated in Lancaster California

Hello A recruiter is a recruiter, could be working for a handful of organizations in need of new blood. The most important factor, do you know anyone in the specific organization, which could pull you in to the organization? I think I made some feedback in a past post but we live in a "who you know world" if people don't know of you or anything about you would be unlikely to be hired. Remember, its a "friends and family" mentality, cell phone businesses coin the promotion "tell your friends and family of the deals" people will "tell" their friends and family before saying anything to strangers. I knew couple of terminal managers of trucking businesses, back in the day, they wine and dined potential clients all the time, said to me if we don't wine and dine we won't get the business because of the competition out there in the service industry of moving frieght. We are living in an employers market, many people, many people with degree of different levels, competition is heavy. Thanks Ken

Hi i'm Mike! you can wait if you want.to me it almost sounds like a hopeless cause! maybe in the meantime try to find something else (if you can .if there's anything out there) good luck in your quest!

Loretta, if I were you, I would continue to call every other week instead of every week to keep up with what is happening. Also, I would continue to l interview for other employment opportunities as well just in case something else happens. You always want to be two steps ahead of the game and kill to birds with one stone. Good luck Loretta in all of your endeavors.
Graciously yours

Call once a week!! Just to show that you are dedicated and interested in the position! Good Luck !!
I would continue looking for other jobs, send an e-mail once a month, but who knows you may have a job before you hear from them, good luck
