Judgement of over $12k
I must admit that a judgement by the condominium association against me since April 2015, has railroad my career. I have not worked since February 21, 2015, and this judgement made it worst. I have been battling the attorneys/collection agents to settle for less, but it has been a tough job. The problem is I will never be offered a job in financial services as long as this stays on my credit report. I have a tentative offer with an agency, but if my judgement is not paid, I will forfeit this offer. I am willing to settle the $12 for 4k or possibly $5k, but the attorneys/collection agents for the condominium association has rejected this offer. I am wondering if I should take that money that I will pay them, and leave the U.S. and work elsewhere. What are your thoughts?

I wish you the best if you deside to leave and I wish you all the luck in the world

I agree and ready

I agree and ready to start

Have you ask how much the condominium association would settle for since they won’t take the cash you’re offering? You might have to come up with more cash than the 4k you’re offering but try to work out a deal or find a job in a different industry with less intensive credit background requirements.
