Education in Healthcare but not enough experience

I've been applying for positions in the healthcare arena, but I've nite been successful. If experience is a good teacher, why can't organizations and corporations hire individuals who have great work ethics, no felonies? Age is not and should not be the reason when individuals are still showing they are capable of learning especially if they're currently in school. My MBA., IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OBVIOUSLY MEANS NOTHING, AND FROM THE LOOKS OF IT MY DOCTORATE WON'T EITHER. THIS SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE REBUILT. GARLIC

I think your MBA and Doctorate titles might actually mean too much. I don't know if your seeking a career change into healthcare but employers get very curious when they come across highly educated walk-in applicants.

Concerns over salary affordability and over-qualification are usually at the top of the list. Make sure you're applying for jobs that specifically require a MBA or Doctorate to be seriously considered for the position. Any jobs under those requirement would probably need a carefully crafted cover letter explaining your interest in the opportunity.
