I am so upset about this policy in Florida.I have watched my 62year old mom get fired from two jobs for no reason whatsoever.Like she is not struggling enough.I have heard these stories from alot of people just in the one month I've been here in this state.Its a beautiful State But I can not believe that the apparent proverty level cause of this policy has not more people stand up and try to get this changed!! #What is wrong with some of the lawmakers of today!
Hi Renee Moon I am so sorry to hear that happened to your mom, but please stay hopeful and know that not all companies treat their employees in this manner. The important thing is to research the company's culture first! You can do this by Googling the company's name and "employee review" or check it out on GlassDoor. See what others are saying before your mom applies to the position so she doesn't waste her time again.
