1 - You’re not obsessed with social media - Unfortunately, this is a shortfall as most companies don’t have social media response tools or responsibilities assigned to care agents. Companies, however, are catching on to the power of the online societies and are implementing strong directives to attend that market.

2 - You treat it like just another call - Having worked in a call center environment I admit to have fallen under the “automatic pilot” response to each call. Managing the routine inquiries can be monotonous but I often try to catch myself and refresh after each call. I’ll try to change something in the greeting, call closing, or response to keep things exciting.
