After several months trying to get back into the workforce I think I have nothing to lose if I "advertise" myself here. Like the British SAS say "Who Dares Wins"

My experience has been mostly in a support role, learning the application used by a company and from there providing support/assistance to internal and external users. More like a liaison between users and programmers but I can also perform as a Customer Care/Support Rep.

It has been discouraging going thru the normal channels (submitting an online request/profile) and not hearing anything for weeks/months or not at all. In the few cases that a recruiter has contacted me, especially their contact without me contacting them first, I have become not trusting of their contact attempt since after a couple of days I am not able to get back in touch with them.
