Lifting
I am retired from 40 years of IT work. I am in excellent health and would like to work for a few more years; however, I am 5'2" tall, and weigh 119 lbs. I cannot lift 75 lbs. Are there any positions that do not require the lifting of 75 lbs? If so, and if you would be interested in meeting with me, I would be interested to know about those positions

Hello Bobbye & Welcome! Thank you for offering this question to the community and allowing us the opportunity to assist you with this question. FedEx Freight and Distribution divisions warehouse jobs require that employees have the ability to lift and/or move (via hand trucks) up to 75 lbs. without assistance. But other FedEx divisions like FedEx Office, TechConnect, and Trade Network Support have various administrative and support jobs without the lifting requirement. There's a FedEx Office in Nashville that is currently hiring a Customer Service Associate if your interested. Now the initial candidate selection process is completely automated so please follow this link to review the job description and apply via the career page. You will receive a application confirmation notice from the FedEx HR team within 48 hours with follow-up information.
