Supervisor at a fitness club

In July of 2016 I was assaulted by one of my co worker at work. I was lured back to work 2 hrs. after my shift by her and she tried choking me. My boss and manager said to just overlook it Frank, so I did. On Sept 11 2016 her sister came into the mens shower room while I was in the shower and assaulted me while in the shower. I just overlooked it again. For the next two days she told everyone at work she saw me naked in the mens locker room. On Sept 13 2016 I was let go from my job, I was not fired, just let go.

Whoa! Definitely cross the line, you should look back at your company policy for these type of situations

That's just wrong on every level as an owner/manager/ and an employee. You were assaulted and then violated. And then terminated. That is proper grounds for lawsuit. And a sexual harassment case at best. You should definitely get a lawyer and press charges as well. Against your coworker and her sister. So sorry you are dealing with this!!!
