I am currently looking to relocate from MD to FL, but I am having a hard time in finding employment prior to relocating. Most companies do not seem to consider out of state applicants. I have thought about putting Florida on my resume but do not want to be misleading. Are there any suggestions on the best way to go about obtaining employment out of state?
